Maybe it's Maybelline...

Cause evidentally I ain't born with it!!! :P

I thought I would share this because everyone should get a good laugh out of it...

Since our plans to the hot springs were canceled due to weather on New Years Eve Terri and I decided to go hang out at the Atlantis pool and spa area for a few hours. We arrived fully dressed with our hair and makeup done, signed in, changed our clothes and enjoyed several hours relaxing in the jacuzzi and hanging out by the pool. We went downstairs for lunch and then decided we were done for the day so went back to fetch our stuff. We had to drop our locker keys off at the front desk before leaving and the same guy who checked us in was there. I handed him my key and he stopped for a second, looked at me and said, "Did you have a full face of makeup on when you came in?" (I now had little or no makeup on, was in sweats and my hair was in a ponytail). I said, "yes", to which he emphatically replied, "WOW! I would have never recognized you!!!" I stood there in shock, not sure what to say. I looked at Terri and she had the same shocked look on her face. He must have realized was he said because he quickly started in with, "not that you look bad or anything, I just, I just..." Yeah, you just what??? I should have stood there and waited as he tried to dig himself out, but instead we just shook our heads and walked out.

At least I know that the time I spend each morning putting my make up on is time well spent!! ;)
