CrAzY Neighbors!

As I was driving down the street yesterday I passed a house and my eye was caught by a slew of bright colors. As I looked a little closer I realized that I was looking at "boquets" of silk flowers stuck in the ground. Yes, you heard me right, SILK flowers! What is wrong with people! It's the most obnoxious thing I've ever seen! And for those of you who visited our house in Galt you will really get a kick out of this if you remember the house on the corner with, yes, you guessed it, SILK flowers in the front yard! What are these people trying to do to me?!?!
