Yesterday Chloe was walking along the couch (for those of you who don't know we have a sectional) and when she approached the corner, she turned facing the other side of the couch and took 3 steps diagonally to the other side of the couch. I just happened to be standing there and started screaming when I realized what she did. ;) She looked up at me with a huge grin on her face, but honestly I don't think she had a clue what she did. She was going so fast that she didn't even realize she had taken steps without holding on to something. Andy and I tried to get her to do it again and of course, no such luck! ;) I don't know if this qualifies as her first "official" steps, but I have a feeling that she will be walking around here very soon!
I also noticed 2 little bottom teeth ready to pop through any day now. It seems like she has been teething since she was born and finally there will be something to show for the endless amounts of drool she generates! ;) Funny thing is, Bella's bottom 2 teeth came in together as well. :)
In other news, I've tried so hard to stay well in the midst of people dropping like flies from the nasty bugs going around, but unfortunately, one of them finally got me! It's the upper respiratory thing and it hit me pretty hard on Thursday evening. Yesterday I was miserable, and so far today I feel about the same. We are going to lay low today and hopefully I can get a little extra rest in. I'm hoping that I can do a little photo shoot with the girls today as well. I think these will be the last "toothless" smiles I get from Chloe and I want to make sure to get some good ones! :)

What beautiful girls you have, Donielle. Chole is sure growing fast!
I've been meaning to mention in regards to Chloe's night waking, is there a chance she has an ear infection? The only reason I ask is because Luke woke like that, ever night and every 1.5-2 hours and the only thing that would settle him would be nursing. He did this for months until my doctor stated that it was the pressure in his ears that caused him to wake in a fit. We got tubes put in and he was so much better.....I just thought I'd mention that.
